Index: With the judgement from 12th May 1998 – 312 O 85/98 – “Liability for links“ the Regional Court (LG) in Hamburg decided, that the publisher takes responsibility for the contents of linked websites. A joint responsibility can be prevented by dissociating explicitly from these sites.
